The hotel is conveniently located close to the main station and the old town, offering spacious and practical rooms with some need for updates. The service was friendly and supportive, especially at the lobby bar. Dining options were varied and self-serve, providing a good experience. The location is perfect for exploring the city, and the staff were polite and helpful.

I was in a Junior suite with a lovely bathroom. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, but I noticed a curious 'mechanical clicking' noise, probably from the A/C. The view wasn't very nice, and the empty walls with missing artwork were a downside. The location was great, very close to the railway station and within walking distance of the Old Town and major shopping mall Stary Browar. The dining experience was fantastic, although the all-glass bathroom felt lacking in privacy. Overall, a good stay with a few minor issues.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful! However, some benefits required me to request them, which was a bit inconvenient. The leisure facilities were perfect, and the room was spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows and a stunning bathroom with a powerful shower.

The location is superb, right across from the upscale mall Stary Browar, and just a short stroll away from the vibrant city square filled with dining and bar options. The rooms were perfect for enjoying the view of the Old Town and streets below, boasting a large bed and a beautiful, spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to Sara at reception and the incredible Concierge Norbert who went above and beyond to assist all guests. The dining options were varied and delicious, highlighting great choices in the hotel, albeit lacking lactose-free products. While there were some minor setbacks such as the missing Turkish sauna and unclear communication on the loyalty scheme, I had a truly memorable experience.
