Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms, although some maintenance will be needed soon. The glass wall with a window seat adds a unique touch to the room. The service is efficient but lacks a warm and welcoming attitude. The location is convenient, close to both the train station and Old Town. The dining experience is exceptional, catering to various dietary needs, but struggles with English cereal and tea. The hotel facilities are well-maintained and provide excellent amenities.
I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice and big, the leisure facilities were perfect, check-in and check-out were easy, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was quite good. However, the lighting in the room was a bit dark due to the 'normal' lighting only being in the corridor and bathroom.
The hotel's rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, but lacked some necessary equipment. The glass bathroom wall created a spacious feel, although the temperature control could be improved. The service was professional and helpful, especially with arranging transport and providing local recommendations. The location was convenient, close to town with a quiet ambiance and spotless surroundings, though a Turkish sauna was missed. The dining experience was excellent for most meals, with a hiccup of overcharging for breakfast. The hotel's facilities were generally top-notch.
The hotel offers spacious rooms, featuring 2 toilets and 2 TVs, making the stay comfortable. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the breakfast was quite good. The service was mostly friendly but lacked some knowledge that the manager should provide. The location is convenient with a short walk to the town center and office. The dining options were good and varied, although it could get messy during peak times. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, offering a pleasant stay overall.
My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The rooms were lovely and very spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows that provided a fantastic view. The bathroom was luxurious, and the powerful shower was a delightful touch. While some Executive benefits were exceptional, I had to request a few which was a bit disappointing. The comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, along with the friendly and helpful staff, made my experience extremely pleasant.
The hotel is conveniently located close to the main station and the old town, offering spacious and practical rooms with some need for updates. The service was friendly and supportive, especially at the lobby bar. Dining options were varied and self-serve, providing a good experience. The location is perfect for exploring the city, and the staff were polite and helpful.
I was in a Junior suite with a lovely bathroom. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, but I noticed a curious 'mechanical clicking' noise, probably from the A/C. The view wasn't very nice, and the empty walls with missing artwork were a downside. The location was great, very close to the railway station and within walking distance of the Old Town and major shopping mall Stary Browar. The dining experience was fantastic, although the all-glass bathroom felt lacking in privacy. Overall, a good stay with a few minor issues.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful! The rooms were extremely comfortable, offering a range of Executive benefits like a complimentary two-course dinner, access to the Executive lounge, and a late checkout. However, some benefits required me to request them, which was a bit inconvenient. The leisure facilities were perfect, and the room was spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows and a stunning bathroom with a powerful shower.
The hotel rooms were to a very high standard with a choice of rooms on one of the higher floors, though the layout had a strange 'C-shape'. The service was really friendly and helpful, but at times seemed rushed. The location was fantastic, close to the city's main station and the old town. The dining experience was excellent, although timing could be crucial due to the freshness of the food. The facilities were well-equipped and maintained.
The hotel offers a mix of Executive benefits like complimentary two-course dinner with a drink, late checkout, and access to the Executive lounge, but some benefits need to be requested which is a downside. The rooms are clean and nicely maintained, though the lighting could be better. The location is great, next to a fantastic mall and a short walk to the Main Square. Dining is delicious but a bit pricey compared to eating out. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor improvements needed.
The hotel offered a mix of Executive benefits, but some had to be requested. The rooms, though spacious, seemed a bit dirty, leaving room for improvement. However, the overall size exceeded our expectations.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location is superb, right across from the upscale mall Stary Browar, and just a short stroll away from the vibrant city square filled with dining and bar options. The rooms were perfect for enjoying the view of the Old Town and streets below, boasting a large bed and a beautiful, spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to Sara at reception and the incredible Concierge Norbert who went above and beyond to assist all guests. The dining options were varied and delicious, highlighting great choices in the hotel, albeit lacking lactose-free products. While there were some minor setbacks such as the missing Turkish sauna and unclear communication on the loyalty scheme, I had a truly memorable experience.
